 · Terminates and other insects cannot harm any part of the building. 

· Because of how buildings are constructed and the components we use, the electrical consumption is  very low.

 · Our buildings are mold and mildew resistant.

 · Once the shed or outdoor building is constructed, the shell will be completely wired for electrical, foam as insulation, interior walls are ready for mudding, taping and painting and the exterior walls are ready for a beautiful stucco type finish and any color you want.

 · Depending on size and location, our building can be installed in 1 to 2 weeks by our crew. If you know construction, we can coach you through the process.

 · Any type of roofing material can be used.
